My Therapeutic approach

I believe every individual has the innate capacity for growth and healing. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, intersectional and relational. You are the expert in your life, and I will individualize the support you seek, building off your current strengths and resilience.

I incorporate a holistic approach to therapy, viewing the individual through the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I consider the social and environmental structures that may impact the individual negatively or positively. I address the different aspects of your well-being to help restore balance and promote overall health.

I honour the diversity of the human experience and strive to create an inclusive and affirming space where individuals from all backgrounds and identities feel seen, heard and valued. My work is informed and inspired by attachment theory, internal family systems theory, and social justice perspectives.
